This includes cooling stages and packing in white rooms with regulated ventilation, constant analysis of raw materials and end products (water activity, dampness, pH, organoleptic analysis), analysis of chemical and microbiological results from qualified laboratories. Moreover, Gaia selects carefully its staff and regularly instructs it in order to increase its awareness and attention to all production stages.
In this way Gaia also eliminates the risk of contaminations and guarantees high standards of quality and control.
To conclude our company applies all the requirements of two important certifications (BRC and IFS), which attest the reliability of Gaia’s plant.
