Our history

Gaia is a company which was set up in 2013 by Gloria and Alessandro Inglese.

Even though it is a new company,  Gaia can count on a fifty years’ experience. As a matter of fact, before the establishment of  this  company the same family had already started a little bakery, passing from one generation to the next skills and values:

 “We help people to eat healthy and genuine food”.

 This is also Gaia’s philosophy, whose aim is to help those people who need a “specific nutrition” (EU Directive 89/398 EEC) and to offer them natural and tasty products that suits their needs.

For this reason we decided to take up an activity in the field of gluten-free nutrition.

In a short time this company has developed a range of products that suits the needs of people who suffer from celiac disease but also of those who suffer from other food intolerances. As a matter of fact, Gaia has removed from its products different allergens, such as milk and lactose, soy and, in some circumstances, even eggs, using only healthy and genuine ingredients.

Besides having increase the quality and the range of products, Gaia supplies no more only pharmacies and specialty food shops but also some important some important Italian large retailers.

Even though Gaia has increased its production, it remains a family-run business and therefore, it is interested in defending the tradition of the homemade bread.
