Our company can count on a fifty years’ experience in bread-making. Throughout the years three different generations have passed on passion and skills and have preserved the tradition of this trade, in order to guarantee excellent baked products.

Gaia combines the ancient tradition of bread-making with new scientific methods and raw materials in order to develop good and innovative food.

Our purpose is to offer genuine and healthy products to those who have a gluten-intolerance but we are also interested in protecting the well-being of all consumers. As a matter of fact, our baked products are gluten-free and without allergens (such as eggs, soy, milk and lactose) and they contain no trans fats, no preservatives or thickeners.
